OPSEU/SEFPO Local 546 safety inspectors voted to ratify their first Collective Agreement with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) today, ending their 11-week strike.

As part of the return to work agreement with the employer, members are asked to remove any social media accounts created to share information about the employer:

“OPSEU will make diligent efforts to ensure the removal of social media accounts, and posts by Inspectors and anyone who set up anonymous social media accounts expressly for the purposes of sharing information about TSA during the strike. OPSEU and the Bargaining Team will publicly post notices directing that such accounts must be removed/deleted. OPSEU agrees to provide written confirmation to the TSSA that it has taken such efforts.”
