About OPSEU/SEFPO jobs

Unless noted, positions on OPSEU/SEFPO staff are open to OPSEU/SEFPO members. They require a commitment to labour/social democratic philosophy and an understanding of the objectives of the trade union movement. Unless otherwise noted, all are located at the union’s head office, 100 Lesmill Road, Toronto, M3B 3P8. OPSEU supports employment equity. Black, Indigenous, and Racialized workers, women workers, LGBTQ2S+ workers, young workers, Francophone workers, and workers with disabilities are encouraged to apply. For the purpose of statistical data collection, applicants are strongly encouraged to voluntarily self-identify.

The OPSEU/SEFPO staff pension plan has reciprocal agreements with the OPSEU Pension Trust and OMERS and the CAAT Pension Plan. For more information on these agreements contact OPSEU/SEFPO’s Administrator of People and Culture.
