CAAT Pension Plan will offer immediate enrollment option for all part-time employees

All full-time employees of the participating employers join the CAAT Pension Plan immediately when hired. Non-full-time or Other Than Regular Full-Time (OTRFT) employees will also be able to join the CAAT Pension Plan when hired. Effective January 1, 2014, the Plan is eliminating the existing waiting period of 24 months of continuous employment for part-time employees.
