Local Demand Set Meetings will need to be scheduled soon at General Membership Meetings across the province.
These meetings are your opportunity to provide feedback. This helps shape our priorities and ensures that the voices of OPS Unified members remain at the centre of our bargaining.
As Divisionals are fast approaching, locals are encouraged to incorporate elections into their Local Demand Set Meetings where possible. Combining these events is a great way to maximize member participation and engagement.
A call-out email will be sent to Local Executive members with more information; watch out for it!
Together, we can build a stronger bargaining agenda that reflects the priorities of OPS Unified members.

Join Us for Table Talk Thursdays!

WHO: Your OPS Unified bargaining team would like to invite all Unified members to Table Talk Thursdays.
WHAT: Table Talk Thursdays are Zoom sessions where YOUR bargaining team shares updates and insights with union members about ongoing negotiations and activities. Join us to stay informed and engaged with the latest news and developments.
WHERE: It happens over ZOOM.
WHEN: Every third Thursday of the month from 7pm to 8pm EST (6 pm CST). The next session will be Thursday August 20 2026 7pm EST.
WHY: To keep the lines of communication open and ensure members have direct access to their bargaining team.
