Dismantling Racism Training for College leaders: Oct 2, 2026
OPSEU/SEFPO’s goal is to identify and remove systemic barriers that prevent Indigenous, Black, and racialized members from participating at all levels in the union. The voices of Black, Indigenous and racialized members need to be heard and their stories told. They also need to be part of decision-making tables. This forms part of OPSEU/SEFPO’s commitment to being an anti-racist union. As per the OPSEU/SEFPO Constitutional amendment, Article 7 of the Constitution requires mandatory training for all elected Leaders, Bargaining Team Members, DIVEX Members, H&S Representatives, Equity Committee Members, and any member who holds an elected or appointed position, on dismantling…
