The OPS Unified Bargaining Team is proud to announce that May 1st 2026 will kick off Fixed Term Fridays!
Fixed Term Fridays is a call to action for all fixed term and seasonal workers. Fixed term and seasonal work is foundational to the operation of the Ontario Public Service, comprising over 46% of our OPS Unified membership – and they need your support!
We urge all OPS Unified members to wear red every Friday, as a show of solidarity with our fixed term and seasonal members.
When the precarious workers of the union are lifted up, we are all lifted up!
