We’ve got great news! The Collective Agreement for full-time college support staff has been finalized.
We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished – and the collective effort of a strong and united membership that got us here. You engaged in province-wide solidarity actions, wrote letters to college presidents and posted to social media wearing blue in solidarity! As a result, we secured significantly better wage increases.
This new agreement is a step forward in bridging the gap between our wages and the rising cost-of-living. You can now download an electronic copy of the agreement here in English (PDF | Word) or French (PDF | Word). Click here for the revised wage grid.
As 2023 comes to an end, let’s celebrate the wins we’ve achieved and recommit to organizing and fighting for the dignity, fairness and respect we deserve.
If you have questions please reach out to your local president or steward.
