The survey on workplace stress and well-being in Youth Justice is a joint OPSEU/SEFPO and Employer initiative, reflecting a shared commitment to understanding staff experiences.

We recognize the ongoing pressures staff face, including staffing levels, workload, and the nature of the work. This survey is one avenue for members to share their experiences and help shape the future of our division.
Feedback from the 2018 Occupational Stress Survey contributed to initiatives such as the Wellness Resource Program, Wellness Funding, and resources including the Youth Justice Family Guide and Away from the Workplace package.
Participation is completely voluntary. The survey is confidential and designed to protect anonymity. Members may provide as much or as little information as they feel comfortable sharing.
Every perspective helps build a clearer picture of workplace conditions and supports ongoing advocacy efforts.
