Your bargaining teams met with the employer from May 25th to 28th to continue discussions regarding the potential merger of the Support (Whole Blood) and Plasma collective agreements. Discussions are continuing and the bargaining teams remain actively engaged on a number of important issues affecting members across both groups.
At this stage, discussions remain ongoing and no agreements have been finalized. Your bargaining teams continue to carefully review proposals and assess potential impacts on members as bargaining continues.
To ensure members remain informed and have an opportunity to ask questions, a virtual town hall has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 10th at 7 p.m. During the town hall, the bargaining teams will provide further updates on negotiations, review key issues currently being discussed at the table, and answer questions from members.
We encourage all members to attend the upcoming town hall to stay engaged and informed throughout the bargaining process. These meetings provide an important opportunity for members to hear directly from the bargaining teams, receive updates on discussions Virtual at the table, and raise any questions or concerns.
