A reminder to all Correctional Bargaining Unit nurses that the deadline to submit for the one-time adjustment for the Nurse Experience Credit letter of understanding is August 8, 2025.
Per the terms of the agreement, current nurses have 90 days from the date of implementation to submit their claim using the form the Employer has developed. The Employer implemented the process on May 9, 2025 which means any Nurse making a claim under the Nurse Experience Credit language needs to submit the completed form to their manager by Friday August 8, 2025 to be considered.

This MOA also applies on a go-forward basis. Nurses hired after May 9, 2025 have 90 days from their date of hire to submit a claim to their manager.
