For over 5 years, staff have been naming systemic issues at our workplace. We’ve been through two operational reviews and seen leadership repeatedly break our trust.
Earlier this year, we launched a letter demanding the YRCAS board release the full workplace assessment they promised us – unfiltered and without spin. Over half of Local 304 members have signed it and on Wednesday, February 11 at 12pm, we’re delivering that letter directly to YRCAS leadership at a workplace rally. This is our chance to show we stand together for accountability and transparency.
If you haven’t signed the letter yet, you can sign below!
