Strike deadline extended for Youth Employment Services
The negotiating team for OPSEU Local 512 was contacted by the employer asking for an extension of the strike deadline. A mutual agreement was reached and the new strike deadline is August 10, at midnight. The bargaining team was pleased to see that employer took the initiative to resume negotiations.
The strike mobilizing committee thanks all of the members for their support and their resolve in these negotiations.
