We are pleased to share that a relocation will occur in the coming weeks from our current address (3005 Marentette Ave) to our new office location at: 4510 Rhodes Drive, Unit 100 in Windsor. This is an exciting moment for both members and staff to have renewed space that will provide for increased work areas, boardrooms, and membership space. A transition period will occur to facilitate the safe and orderly movement of furniture, equipment, and supplies from September 21 to October 09, 2026.
Membership bookings and usage of the meeting spaces will be assessed on a case-by-case basis for the week of September 21 onward (at 3005 Marentette) and a communication will follow to members when meeting space is available at the new (4510 Rhodes) location. We need to ensure contractor work is completed, necessary inspections are performed, and the space is ready to welcome members. We anticipate full access to be available by the week of October 12 and will assess any ad-hoc requests in the interim. Please connect directly with your assigned Staff Representative with any questions regarding access to meeting space.
Most importantly, membership fob access will be temporarily suspended effective Friday September 18, 2026 at 4:30pm to the current office location (3005 Marentette) and access details will be shared as available for the new office location.
