OPS Unified is preparing for an important round of bargaining – and in order to build the power we need at the table we need every OPS Unified member to get involved! That’s why your OPS Unified Mobilizing team is calling on members to complete their Demand Set Surveys, attend our upcoming Unifiers Meeting and RSVP to our Phone Banking Power Hours. These actions will help us show our employer that we are organized and ready to fight for what we deserve!
Demand Set – Have your voice heard and complete demand set today. The results from Demand Set will determine what our bargaining team will fight for at the table and will show our employer the strength of our membership!

Add your name: sign the petition to keep hybrid work in the Ontario Public Service
We are calling on the government to:
- Immediately halt the decision to end hybrid work in January 2026, and the decision to require 4-days a week in office starting October 2025. Commit to meeting with unions representing Ontario Public Service workers, including OPSEU/SEFPO.
- Expand flexible, hybrid work arrangements that foster productivity, inclusion, accessibility and sustainability in the Ontario Public Service.
We encourage every member to add your name and circulate this petition! By taking strategic, coordinated action we show our strength and our solidarity in the fight to protect the rights, working conditions, and the future of the OPS.
If you have any questions about the return to office, contact your local steward, local president or your Ministry Employment Relations Committee (MERC) team.In Solidarity,Your OPS Unified Mobilizers
