The employer’s failure to come prepared to negotiate key issues—those central and essential to any collective agreement—constitutes a breach of their duty to make every reasonable effort to reach a timely agreement.The members of OPSEU/SEFPO Local 565 are not going to tolerate this failure of iGaming Ontario to meet its obligations under s. 17 of the Ontario Labour Relations Act any longer.The workers at iGaming Ontario deserve respect and are calling you to step up and be prepared to negotiate a fair contract that reflects their contributions to the province and our economy.We, the undersigned workers of iGaming Ontario, call on the CEO of iGaming Ontario, to act immediately to demand a mandate from the Treasury Board and resume negotiations.We call on you, as CEO of iGaming Ontario, to act immediately:Our commitment to reaching a fair contract remains strong.
