The 2023 OPSEU/SEFPO Retired Member Division Conference (RMD) is taking place Oct. 24 to 26 in Toronto and will focus on your role as a regional activist lead to motivate and empower retired members of the RMD in each region.OPSEU/SEFPO and the labour movement only thrive because we have strong activists who are willing to step up and do the work required in our regions. The RMD strives to continue to be a strong and vibrant part of OPSEU/SEFPO. We will be re-engaging and reinvigorating activism in our retirees and in each region.Participants will learn “Organize to Win” with the use of alternative media/devices as a way of organizing and taking action. They will also develop retiree activism groups which will empower everyone to participate in community/political actions.
