Update from the bargaining table
The Bargaining Team met with Mediator Mark Wright for two days of mediation talks with the Employer on February 6 & 7, 2026. Mediation is always a confidential process, conducted on a ‘without prejudice’ basis. As such, the Bargaining Team cannot provide additional details of the content of the discussions at this time.
Mediated talks are continuing, with the parties booking an additional date with Mediator Wright. Once this date is confirmed, we will provide an update. Additionally, the parties are in the process of booking arbitration dates, should those be required to conclude this round of bargaining.
