Last Friday, OPSEU/SEFPO members made headlines, coming out in bitter cold temperatures to protest the Ford government’s misguided return to office policy.From the beginning, OPSEU/SEFPO has been fighting against this ill-conceived directive, by filing individual, group, and policy grievances. We were also the only union at Ontario Health atHome to file an Unfair Labour Practice complaint with the Labour Board.

Here’s what makes our approach different: we are the only union that bargains directly with Doug Ford. With OPSEU/SEFPO, you join 40,000 Ontario Public Service workers who are fighting the same fight against the return-to-office directive. We are stronger together.
