On May 26, 2026, the OPS Unified CERC team will be heading back to the Ontario Labour Board to fight back against the government’s Return-To-Office mandate. OPSEU/SEFPO members from across the province are organizing rallies in support of the team – cheering them on as they fight to protect workers rights and call on the government to respect the freeze provisions outlined in Section 86(1) of the Labour Relations Act.
