Due to the recent cybersecurity incident affecting OPSEU/SEFPO systems, the required programs to process Convention hotel changes are currently inaccessible. As a result, we are unable to make any changes to current hotel assignment at this time. We are also unable to change the way in which hotels will be billed (from central to member payment or vice versa).
If your request to change hotels is due to a medical or family-related accommodation, please contact [email protected] with further details so that your situation can be reviewed accordingly.
If you received a hotel confirmation with incorrect dates, please notify [email protected] as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this situation.
