Yesterday, your bargaining team concluded a full day of mediation with the employer. Mediation will continue on Friday, December 12th, 2025, where we hope to continue progressing towards a deal.
During the Ontario Federation of Labour convention our full-time support and faculty co-workers made an announcement on the convention floor asking delegates to wear blue in solidarity.
We appreciated all the support from labour allies across the sectors, and loved seeing all the photos of part-timers wearing blue in support of bargaining!
