The OPSEU/SEFPO Disability Rights Caucus (DRC) is inviting OPSEU/SEFPO members in Regions 1 and 5 with a disability as defined under the Ontario Human Rights Code to apply for existing vacancies on the Caucus.

The OPSEU/SEFPO Disability Rights Caucus is looking for passionate members from Regions 1 and 5 (one member for Region 1; one member for Region 5) who are ready to amplify voices, and build a more inclusive union for everyone. Selection process
The Selection Committee will screen the applications and make a recommendation to the Caucus based on the following five considerations:
- geographic balance of the seven OPSEU/SEFPO regions
- a wide range of disabilities with a balance of apparent and non-apparent disabilities
- mix of community and union activity
- gender balance
- a desire to network, advocate, educate, and increase equality for individuals with disabilities
