A Message to Our Community
Murray McKinnon Foundation and OPSEU/SEFPO Local 361 are pleased to share that a collective agreement has been reached, bringing the current labour disruption to an end.
We recognize that the labour disruption affected not only those within our organization, but also young people and families, community partners, service providers, and others who rely upon and work alongside us.
We are grateful for the patience, understanding, cooperation, and confidence demonstrated by our community and partners throughout this period.
As regular operations begin to resume, our focus turns to workplace restoration, stability, and the re-establishment of positive and professional working relationships. The employer and union share an interest in moving forward constructively and in supporting a workplace grounded in professionalism, dignity, mutual respect, and a continued commitment to those we serve.
We thank our community and partners for their continued trust, patience, and support as we begin this next chapter together.
