6. 2020 Workplan
Workplan presented by Gillian to the Caucus. Revisions were made to the 2020 plan to reflect the ongoing work the Caucus will be completing. Plan to be implemented by all members during the year.

Discussion around 2020 budget. We have worked on a balanced budget. Submitting request to the board for same amount as last year of $62,000. Approved amount will be known after Convention 2020.

3. The Gathering 2020
Noted that all expenses will be covered by the Gathering budget and not the DRC budget. Susan sent to Janet the words for the stepping stones that the caucus can consider for the Equity video for convention.

4. Swag
Some of the swag previously has been received but not all items. The Swag will be divided between all DRC members and brought to our next DRC meeting or shipped to Regional Offices.
Action: Janet and Gillian to follow up with each member on ensure Swag is received.
5. DRC Member Training
Discussion around the Prevention and Health Safety Conference. Tony and Jason would like to attend the training in Mississauga.

Workplan presented by Gillian to the Caucus. Revisions were made to the 2020 plan to reflect the ongoing work the Caucus will be completing. Plan to be implemented by all members during the year.

Discussion around sending a DRC member to the Indigenous Disability Conference in Victoria British Columbia in November 2020. Agreement to approach the Indigenous Circle to see if they would be interested in sending a member with the DRC member in collaboration.
