Your HPD Central Bargaining team is happy to announce that we have confirmed our dates for interest arbitration in 2026!
Our dates for interest arbitration are scheduled for March 7th and 8th, 2026 with arbitrator Colin Johnston.
The Bargaining Team will be meeting over the coming months in preparations for these dates, ensuring that we are ready to present the real solutions, resources and funding needed to combat the recruitment and retention crisis we face every day.
We want to thank members for their continued support throughout this tough round of bargaining as we work to achieve a collective agreement that HPD members across the province deserve.
