How do I vote?
You can vote online or by phone, in either English or French. Eligible voters will receive a personal identification number (PIN) to their workplace email address. The PIN may only be used once. A ballot will then be provided either on a recorded message over the phone, or your workplace email. If you cannot access your workplace email you can contact the OLRB Help desk to have it sent to your personal email.
- By phone: You will receive automated prompts to submit your PIN and cast a ballot, pressing 1 or 2 to vote in response to the ballot question. You will be asked to confirm your choice before your vote is cast.
- Online: You will submit your PIN and select a checkbox on the ballot displayed on the computer/mobile device screen.
Your vote will be held by secret ballot. No record is kept which would allow identification of how votes were cast.Questions and Troubleshooting
