Convention 2023 Constitutional Amendment Submission form

The undersigned two (2) officers of the above-mentioned submitting body hereby certify that the above Constitutional Amendment was passed by a majority of the members/delegates voting at a meeting of this organization. Attached hereto are signed minutes of the meeting, which show (a) that a quorum was present, and (b) that this proposed resolution was presented and voted upon separately from any other proposal.
