Toronto – The Ontario government’s latest update on the Basic Income (BI) pilot released Monday raises more questions than it answers, said Warren (Smokey) Thomas, President of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU).
Warren (Smokey) Thomas was in Pembroke Thursday to kick off the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s (MNRF) 43rd Annual Hockey Tournament.
