Kingston – OPSEU President Warren (Smokey) Thomas is urging the temporary supervisor of Addiction and Mental Health Services-Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington (AMHS-KFLA) to reconsider her plan to lay off dozens of highly experienced addictions and mental health workers.
