The second week of pickets brought continued coverage from local and regional media outlets across the province. Media shared the stories of workers’ struggles, and highlighted the many public services paid for through LCBO revenues.

As the bargaining team prepares to return to the table on June 5, OPSEU members at the LCBO are continuing to hold pickets across the province, with a particular focus this week on the safety of workers and the need to bring an end to working alone.

After the conclusion of May’s bargaining dates last week, the OPSEU bargaining team at the LCBO called for members to take their bargaining message to the public, and ask for the public’s support for OPSEU’s plan for A Better LCBO.
