Verification of mail-in ballots has confirmed that faculty at Ontario's 24 community colleges have narrowly accepted the employer’s contract offer. As a result, the offer from the Colleges becomes the new collective agreement for the next three years.

TORONTO – Results of the vote by faculty in Ontario’s 24 community colleges on the employer’s last contract offer are too close to determine whether the offer has been accepted or rejected.

TORONTO – The union representing faculty members at 24 Ontario colleges is recommending that their members vote no to an employer offer that the Colleges will conduct. To assist the process, if the vote can be arranged on or before Feb.
