Community Services Divisional Council chair Deborah Gordon presented OPSEU’s submission on Bill 89, an Act to enact the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, to the Standing Committee on Justice Policy today. OPSEU’s wide-ranging submission makes 17 recommendations aimed at strengthening Bill 89 to deliver better outcomes for vulnerable children, youth, and families.
