OPSEU/SEFPO Sector 3 Education Workers are in bargaining right now as part of the Ontario Council of Education Workers (OCEW).
They are standing in solidarity with CUPE/OSBCU Education Workers, who are also in bargaining with the province and counting down to a strike deadline with a 96% strike mandate from their members. Their demands are reasonable: Hire more education staff, and pay them fairly. $39K is not enough!
