The Conference Board of Canada, Linda Duxbury (Carleton University) and Mike Halinski (Ryerson University) have created a survey for all OPSEU/SEFPO members on how they are coping with the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The survey is divided into six sections:

  • Demographics;
  • Impact of COVID-19;
  • Work environment;
  • Work-life balance;
  • Well-being; and
  • Coping.

Participation in this survey is voluntary, and completely anonymous. This survey will take approximately 20 minutes of your time to complete.

Results from this survey will be used to enable businesses, mental health practitioners, and policy makers to better understand how Canadian employees are adapting and managing their daily lives that have been radically changed by COVID-19, and to inform governments who are tasked with making decisions that impact all Canadians during this pandemic.
