Reminder – Deadline to apply is June 25 – Retired Members Division Seeking 10 positions from each Region for “Flying Squad” Activism Leads

The Retired Members Division (RMD) is seeking 10 applicants from each region to be leads to recruit, contact and activate retired members for campaigns and events. These leads will form a “Flying Activism Squad”.

Open only to members of the Retired Members Division.

Aims and Purposes:

  • To motivate and empower retired members of the RMD in each region.
  • To re-engage and reinvigorate activism in our retirees.
  • Leads in each region to develop retiree activism groups and empower them to participate in community/political actions

Each Regional Executive Committee (REC) from RMD will select TEN members from their respective region.

Must be available to attend the conference in person, in Toronto October 24, 25, 26, 2023. Participants are encouraged to have a smart phone or tablet or computer for the skills-building portion of the conference.
