Privacy update on the MPIF banking forms
Publication DateWednesday, November 18, 2015 (All day)
For Unified bargaining unit members:
Now that the OPS Central/Unified contract has been ratified, many of you are wondering what will happen with your Form B (OPSEU Members Personal Information Form) and accompanying banking information. Both have been kept under lock and key and will now be shredded. This means that individual forms will not be returned to members. Please note that none of the information had been inputted into OPSEU’s system.
If you would like to be placed on direct deposit for membership expenses and advances, you will need to submit the proper documentation to OPSEU’s Accounting Services unit. The form is available from your regional office.
For Corrections bargaining unit members:
If you haven’t already done so, it is important that you submit a Form B and accompanying banking information to OPSEU Head Office. If you are not sure whether you have submitted your Form B, please contact your Local President to obtain a copy and resubmit it.
