President Thomas speaks on the Future of Education at Algonquin

OPSEU President Warren (Smokey) Thomas spoke to more than 100 Algonquin College staff on Thursday, May 21 on the future of education. He was invited to speak at the College by the Board of Governors. OPSEU Locals 415 and 416 were instrumental in the preparations for the presentation.

"Our union has a long and proud history of advocating for a well-funded, high quality college system in Ontario," said President Thomas. "We are proud to continue that advocacy, working alongside our leaders and members of our support staff and faculty divisions."
