Thank you for submitting your Essential and Emergency Services Forms

The team received over 240 forms from more than 50 different locals. We understand that this level of engagement took a great amount of work. The OPS Unified Bargaining Team greatly appreciates your efforts. This information will help the Bargaining Team in our negotiations with the employer and make sure our demands meet all of your needs and those of your coworkers.

The team will reach out should we need to clarify anything or seek additional information.

It’s not too late! If your local has not yet submitted their forms, you can still send them in.

OPS Unified Bargaining Team Update

Daryl O’Grady, Delegate for Region 4, has decided to focus his union activities on OPS Unified Pay Equity and has resigned from his position on the Bargaining Team.

We welcome Sean Botti to the team; please see his bio below.

Sean Botti – Region 4 delegate

Workers, united, is what gets me out of bed in the morning. It will take all 30,000 of us Ontario Public Service members working together if we want a fair deal that puts people and their families first. Ford’s government has been notoriously keen on eroding workers’ rights and public services, and it is time to say that we have had enough.

I’m excited to represent the interests, hopes, and dreams of Region 4 workers, at the negotiation table.

When I’m not at the bargaining table, I am active in my community with my young family and fur babies. You can also find me conjuring up dad memes for fun.

Thank you to Daryl for the knowledge you brought to the team. We wish you well in your work on Pay Equity.

Mobilizers Building Action!

As of October 7, 2024, 14 mobilizers have been brought in to continue the mobilization of our members. These mobilizers are responsible for keeping our members informed about OPS Unified bargaining activities and campaign efforts. Each region has two mobilizers.

If you are contacted by a member of the Mobilizer Team, they are likely to ask if you are registered on the member portal and have updated your information. Mobilizers will play a key role in our bargaining – their role is to connect with members and keep you informed and involved.

Please welcome your Mobilizing Team:
