It’s decision time for correctional workers in Ontario.
On December 8 and 9, all members of the OPSEU Correctional Bargaining Unit are eligible to vote on the tentative collective agreement signed November 23.
Here’s what important:
- Get out and vote. If you don’t, somebody else will make the decision for you.
- Don’t be swayed by misinformation. There are a lot of people out there, with a lot of opinions. A lot of them are, simply, wrong. Don’t listen to the armchair quarterbacks. All the way through bargaining, your team has given you the facts. If you didn’t hear it from us, take it with a grain of salt.
- Your vote is your vote. A secret ballot is exactly that. No one will know how you voted.
