The OPSEU Collective Agreement with the Ontario Public Service is expiring on December 31, 2017. That means we're starting a new round of negotiations this year. With the recent amendments to the Crown Employees Collective Bargaining Act (CECBA), one round will be for the new stand-alone Corrections agreement, and the other will be for a new stand-alone Unified agreement.
As we commence our preparations for Corrections bargaining, the following are dates to look out for. Please mark your calendar.
