Maisons de la famille on strike: Bulletins

Yves Séguin, director of Groupe Action pour l’enfant, la famille et la communauté de Prescott-Russell, wants to be able to move workers from one town to another on April 1st of each year, with no compensation.

Moving workers around will erode continuity in the services provided to this community. This demand will also make it difficult to raise our own families in our own communities.

The employer also wants to reduce sick leave benefits and eliminate our short-term disability plan.
