Throughout the pandemic, OPSEU/SEFPO and your Long-Term Care Sector executive have given recommendations to Ontario’s Long-Term Care COVID-19 Commission, the Minister of Long Term Care’s staffing study, and the Premier. We’ve also been making noise in the media, demanding better compensation for staff, better working conditions, and better living conditions for residents.
