Join Smokey and your regional VPs for an election teletown hall

On Tuesday, May 29 and Thursday, May 31 Warren (Smokey) Thomas, President of OPSEU, and Regional Vice-Presidents will host teletown halls that address issues of both provincial and regional importance in preparation for the June 7 election.

You’ll also get a chance to hear about OPSEU’s election platform, Vote Better, which offers measures to keep our communities healthy, safe and prosperous.

When will they happen?

There will be five teletown halls, distributed as follows:

Regions 1 and 2 (Hamilton, London, Niagara, Owen Sound, Windsor)

Tuesday, May 29 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Regions 3 and 4 (Brockville, Kingston, Orillia, Oshawa, Ottawa, Peterborough)

Thursday, May 31 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Region 5 (Greater Toronto Area)

Thursday, May 31 from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.

Regions 6 and 7 (Dryden, North Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Timmins)

Tuesday, May 29 from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
