For Seven years OPSEU/SEFPO has Sponsored the Windsor Carrousel of the Nations Every year at Carousel of the Nations, people from all walks of life come together to experience the sights, sounds, and soul of the Caribbean. And every year, our Village is the place people return to. Not just for the unbeatable food, music, and dancing, but for the feeling. The vibe.
