After 10 days of bargaining, and another day and a half of mediation, your HPD bargaining team is now preparing to take a number of unresolved issues to arbitration.
The OHA did not make any credible movements during this most recent bargaining session. Despite the assistance of Mediator Gerry Lee, absolutely no progress could be made towards a negotiated deal.
We are currently working on a bargaining bulletin outlining the major outstanding issues going to arbitration. We will also include those items that have been agreed to by the parties.
