Getting to a deal

Our current contract expires on August 31, 2014.
We're serious about negotiating an improved contract on time.
If that doesn't happen, we have to be ready.

Strike Vote
August 28, 2014

Together, we can make a difference.
Negotiations are under way. We are serious about reaching a deal before our contract expires on August 31.

Why are we planning a strike vote?
A strike vote does not mean there will be a strike. A strong strike mandate gives the team the leverage needed for the final push at the bargaining table.

How can you help?
Have conversations with your colleagues. Let them know that a strong strike vote means a strong bargaining position leading to better negotiation outcomes.

Support the team!
We are negotiating through the summer to achieve a good contract for College Faculty. On August 28, give us your support to help us reach an improved collective agreement before classes resume in the fall.
