JASIC targets met for 2011
Your MERC Teams have been advised that the attendance targets set out under the Joint Attendance Strategy and Implementation Committee (JASIC) have been met for 2011. Once again, we congratulate all Youth Services Officers and Correctional Officers in the Corrections Division.
The employer will shortly provide the agreed additional lump sum payment of 3 per cent for all hours worked in the period from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.
To achieve the 3 per cent 2011 absenteeism target incentive, the attendance average for Youth Services Officers and Correctional Officers had to be 144 hours or less as indicated in Article COR15.1, COR 18.1 and Appendix COR7.
