We have a Vacation Contest winner!
Tina Jamieson from OPSEU Local 447 at MPAC is the lucky winner of a $1000 Air Canada gift certificate. Warren (Smokey) Thomas and Eduardo (Eddy) Almeida chose Tina Jamieson’s name from the more than 8000 entries to the OPSEU Vacation Contest.
“Congratulations to Tina, our contest winner. It’s great to be able to give a fantastic prize like this to an OPSEU member,” said Thomas.
“We were blown away by the number of entries to this contest, and hope we can do it again next year,” said Almeida.
“Firstly thank you sooo much! I"m still in disbelief to be honest. You know, you enter contests never really expecting to win!” said Tina Jamieson.
Tina, who is turning 40 this year, added that she may use the certificate to visit her son, Devin, who joined the military in 2013.
