The June 21 campaign is a recognition and respect effort made up of community and OPSEU Indigenous members.
On June 21 2017, OPSEU celebrated National Indigenous Day at Queen’s Park and captured the sounds, sights, and oral accounts that are so important to reconciliation and to preserving the traditional teachings of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Peoples.
In an unwavering stand of solidarity with Indigenous People, OPSEU is proud to help lead the call to make June 21 a statutory holiday.
