All Out Shutdown Rally: OPSEU/SEFPO stands in solidarity with ONA

On Thursday, March 2, OPSEU/SEFPO joined the Ontario Nurses Association (ONA) along with labour and community allies to fight for better wages and working conditions for healthcare workers. The rally was held in support of 60,000 nurses represented by ONA who are in the middle of bargaining their first contract after the wage cap Bill 124 was declared “void and of no effect”. OPSEU/SEFPO activists marched along University Ave towards Queen’s Park with thousands of supporters to send a strong message to the Ford government – Enough is Enough!
